Structures and Principles

The main motor drives the inner and outside basket to rotate at the full speed,material being fed into through 
a feed pipe.Under the centrifugal force, the liquid is discharged out of the basket through filiter screen and the 
holes of the inner basket, Collected into the gap between the inner and outside basket, through the hole to 
siphon room into the room, then discharged out of the machine by siphon device,while the solid deposits in 
the basket as a ring layer of cake .Feeding is stopped after the fed material reaches the expected amount , 
then further separation, and washing at the same time.After the washing and the separation, the scraper 
rotates automatically, scraping the solid and discharging it out of the machine through sludge outlet.Then the 
screen is washed automatically, and another cycle begins.

GKH Series is a kind of horizontal scraper centrifuge with automatic control and continuous , cycling operation 
and  Siphon filtering. This machine can feed,separate ,wash, dewater, discharge, and wash screen repeatedly 
as it is running at a full speed. The machine has the advantages of structure novelty, stable performance, 
easy operation,wide appliation, high automation , less working intensity, effective cleaning and low humidity 
ratio.They can be used for separating the suspension with solid phase particle size of more than 0.015mm 
and with the concentration of 25-60%. They are suitable for chemical industry , fertilizer, food industry and pharmacy,such as processing of 
solid-liquid separation of starch, citric acid, amino acids .
